  Took my first deer here to be butchered, was told it was at least 200lbs of meat when i dropped it off and that it would be ready in a couple weeks. Paid way too much money and received about 15lbs of the cuts i requested. The rest was to become sausage mixed 50:50 with pork. Called over and over only to be told they would do it soon, and then that they hadn't even started doing it yet. Said they weren't going to freeze the deer at all, so imagine my surprise when i dropped it off in november and couldn't pick it up until the day it was done in february. Also i got maybe over a hundred pounds of sausage instead of 300-400, and that cost an arm and a leg as well. The box said in large letters, "do not sell" on it. The sausage itself was really good, but i won't regret never going back here again. I could have just bought the sausage retail and still had my actual deer.

  When we visit the area from Toronto we always stop in. Good quality meats at reasonable prices. And in my opinion one of the best beef jerkies I've ever tasted.
